In contrast to the installation in the Adam above, the owner off this Mercedes C-Class requested all equipment to be out of view with minimal intrusion into the luggage compartment. By moving a fuse board out of the spare wheel well, installers were able to drop an Audison APBX 10 DS subwoofer into the now empty space. It fits perfectly and when the boot floor is fitted there is absolutely no sign that it is there. As bass is non-directional, the subwoofer works perfectly well in this location!

The vehicle is regularly driven and so a false boot has been fabricated to allow a modicum of usable boot space. The above install is perfect for the customer’s requirements. This car is taken to track days and shows but in between times is used as a daily driver.
